Cancellation & Refund Policy
Service Fees
The fees for each service are determined according to the prices approved by management and displayed on the service card. Fees are paid after the request is reviewed and the required procedures are confirmed.
Cancellation Before Submission
The customer may cancel the request before submitting it to the relevant authority and receive a full refund of fees paid to Hatem Hajj & Umrah, provided that procedures have not begun.
Cancellation After Submission
After the request is submitted to the relevant authority (embassy, immigration department, or official platform), the service fee is non-refundable, as it covers processing and actual submission efforts.
Visa Rejection
If the relevant authority rejects the visa, the Hatem Hajj & Umrah service fee is non-refundable, and government fees may not be refunded according to the authority’s policy. The final decision rests with the relevant authority.
Refund Request
To request a refund in eligible cases, please contact the Hatem Hajj & Umrah team through official channels with your request number. Review is completed within a reasonable period.
